A 5-minute video typically requires around 60 images. If 10 of those images use Hailuo AI, 10 use Animate Pro，the estimated credit cost would be:
60 × 5 + 10 × 150 + 10 × 100 = 2800 credits.
Q20:What are the available payment options?

A:Hello! New users receive a one-time bonus of 300 free credits upon registration, which can be used to experience our services. We welcome you to sign up and give it a try!
Q22:Does the credits on a monthly subscription rollover to the following month?
A: All credits remain valid for up to two years, giving you plenty of time to use them at your own pace.
Q23:How can I upgrade my plan to a different plan?
A:If you’d like to upgrade your Plan, please reach out to an admin on Discord or Telegram.Currently, we do not support website Plan upgrades. However, if you need more credits to create new videos, you can purchase additional credits.

Q25:I bought credits, but I can’t use them. Why?
A:Due to the higher cost of Animate, we prioritize providing it to our members. Therefore, to access this feature, you must first subscribe to a membership. Once you’ve subscribed, your credits will be applicable for use with Animate.
However, generating images does not require a subscription—you can still create images without becoming a member.
Q26:What is the process to cancel my subscription and request a refund?
A:If you’d like to request a refund or cancel your subscription, please contact an admin on Discord or Telegram. We will provide you with a registration link, and the refund will usually be processed within five business days.
Q27:What should I do if I’m unable to pay using the payment methods supported by MagicLight?
A:1.If you can use Google Pay, please check whether your Google Pay account is linked to your Chrome browser. If it is, clicking “Buy Now” will trigger a prompt at the top of the page.
